As the Chief Executive Officer of Smarter Communities, Sunitha’s role is to embed and sustain a company-wide client-centric growth mindset and framework that ultimately grows the value of our company. She is responsible for the care of our people and our clients, and for providing leadership centred around a strong vision, integrity, and focus.

Prior to joining Smarter Communities, Sunitha spent 21 years growing revenue and market share at commercial real estate’s Big Three — CBRE, Colliers and JLL — including 10 years in the United States and Canada. Sunitha led the client engagement and business development strategies for wins worth $10B in deal value. Client wins include Amazon, AMP, Apple, Blackstone, BMW, Brookfield, Cadillac Fairview, CBA, Charter Hall, Department of Treasury and Finance, Dexus, Disney, Goodman, Frasers Property, Investa, ISPT, JP Morgan, Lendlease, Mirvac, NSW Health, Stockland and Westfield.
